RoundFit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RoundFit ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using RoundFit

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

Health and safety disclaimer

RoundFit provides workout timers, exercise guides, and training content for general fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app and perform any exercises at your own risk.

Subscriptions and payments

• RoundFit Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features and workouts.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective store policies.

Your content and data

Workouts, history, and settings you create are stored on your device and remain yours. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, exercise guides, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own fitness. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from your use of the app or performance of any exercises.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
