RoundFit Privacy Policy

RoundFit ("the app", "we") is a workout timer and training app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes your email address, name, and sign-in credentials. We use this only to identify your account inside the app.
- Workout data. Your workouts, workout history, goals, and app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- Feedback. If you send feedback through the app, we store your message, its category, and the email address on your account so we can follow up.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status (for example, whether Premium is active) but never see or store your payment card details.
How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To unlock Premium features when you have an active subscription.
- To read and respond to feedback you send us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- Apple / Google — payment processing for in-app subscriptions.
Each of these services handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
- Workout data lives on your device. Deleting the app (or clearing its history from Settings) removes it.
- Account information is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or by visiting our account deletion page.
- Subscription records are governed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retention rules.
Children
RoundFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
