RoundFit — Delete Account

You can permanently delete your RoundFit account at any time. This page explains how, what data is removed, and what is retained after deletion.

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app. Go to Settings → Delete account and follow the on-screen steps. The deletion is instant and permanent.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open RoundFit and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
  3. Read the consequences and tap Continue.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete my account.

How to request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, or if you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by contacting us directly:

Email us at admin@roundfitapp.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.

What is retained

Subscriptions

Deleting your RoundFit account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges:

Deletion timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
